Installation
The pool sits on a 15–20 cm concrete slab reinforced with Φ8/10 mesh and levelled with sea-sand render. Panels are 1.10 or 1.50 m deep — extra depth is gained by sloping the base.
Steel panels
Double-laminated high-strength Z275 (S280G) steel sheets, 2 mm thick, with 150 micron PVC film on both sides for maximum protection and looks. Hot-dip galvanised 4 mm angle braces at every joint.
Construction time
Delivery within 1 month of order. 3 days to install the pool and 2 days for the plant room. After 2 days of operation to check for leaks, the perimeter is backfilled with gravel.
